Even from an small-scale, weekend artisan size, it takes a lot of work and early mornings. But if you crack the code and make great donuts, it is worth the effort.
This is a great place to learn. The Keymaster, Lester, is very knowledgeable and has put a lot of effort in to helping make the jump a lot easier. He has a lot of good resources, so don’t be scared to ask. Also, spending a little money now for the resources pays off in the end so you don’t go into this blind.
